The MOST beautiful Micro-wedding with this mountain top elopement! With pesky Covid still hanging around we are getting lots of clients looking for a simple elopement in a gorgeous setting. Farah & Cuan had not only Covid to deal with but Cuan was also involved in a terrible car accident which meant they had more than one reason to postpone the wedding as Cuan recovered. In the end they decided to just choose LOVE and have a mountain top elopement just for the two of them. It was TRULY perfect!

What a dream! A private intimate secret wedding in the mountains.
Our lovely couple surprised their families with their special day. Picked up by a chauffeur & dropped off in the Kamberg Mountains some 500kms away. A weekend away at Qambathi Mountain Lodge – with all the bells and whistles & a wedding!

This happy couple exchanged wedding vows in a secluded forest ceremony on the deck with beautiful full floral arch & ‘growing garden’ aisle arrangements, followed by a what-dreams-are-made-of reception – we just loved transforming the already stunning reception area at this boutique hotel, into a enchanted forest with a lush foliage canopy & stunning crystal chandeliers.

Robin & Jay had only a few requirements to fill when it came to their wedding… a few very special friends, less is more, outdoors & bright colors… We think they nailed it!
Located in the Kamberg, Qambathi Mountain Lodge was the perfect setting for their big day, with wide open spaces – the stunning backdrop of the mountains & wildlife like you would never believe is just at our door step in the midlands – what a pleasure it was to set up & arrange the floral arch while watching the zebra, game (and rescue donkeys) on the mountain not too far away, all the while having vultures circling above us!
Robin wore a simple but uber striking 2 piece made by the amazing South African dress designers – Tru/vai. A little birdie told us that Robin’s wedding dress had pieces from her mother’s wedding dress worked into the dress – so special!
